Will I be able to get a refund for an accidental purchase?

Use the link provided at the bottom of the email receipt you received from Apple (iPhone/iPad) . Every refund will be handled by Apple.

When I see an ad without an X or a skip button, what do I do?

After 5 seconds, ad videos that appear between puzzles should always be skippable. Typically this is done in the upper-left or upper-right corner with an X or >>. Often, against the background color, they can be hard to see.

Please report it to us by submitting a help ticket with a screenshot and a product name if you have an issue with a specific ad. We will track down the source of the ad and get it deleted or fixed.

Can I remove ads?

This feature isn’t available right now. We’ll be adding the ability to delete ads sometime in the next updates.

Can I turn the music or sound effects off?

Yeah, yes, you can. Go to the Settings menu where you can turn the audio, sound effects, and even the vibration off and on.

Can I request a Topic to be included in the game?

Yes, you can ask for a specific topic, click below for the contact us, and tell us what topic we should include.
